This section contains information for current and prospective FIRST Tech Challenge teams.

Season Updates

Following is an overview of the 2026–2027 season schedule:

  • September 12, 2026: Season kickoff (learn more)
  • October–January: League Meets
  • January–February: League Tournaments
  • March 12–13, 2027: Florida Championship
  • April 28–May 1, 2027: FIRST Championship

We're pleased to announce the creation of a new league, the Southwest Florida League. Teams along the southern Gulf Coast will enjoy shorter commutes to their events this season. More information will be communicated directly to affected coaches.
